Who Should Attend This Course?
Any individual charged with the responsibility
of operating a pool
Why Should You Take The CPO Course?
Hundreds of local communities require their
public and commercial pool operators to become Certified CPO's.
What Are The Course Requirements:
Each student receives 16 hours of instruction
by a Certified Instructor specifically trained to communicate the
basic skills necessary to operate a pool or spa facility.
The CPO Textbook:
The text for the course is Pool/Spa Operators
Handbook, an invaluable resource and reference for the novice and the
professional who must trouble-shoot on a broad spectrum of functional
problems. In short, every pool operator should have one.
The Examination:
Each student is required to pass a three hour
examination at the conclusion of the Course.
CPO Certificates And Cards:
After successful completion of the course, the
'graduate' will receive a certificate. The certificate includes
his/her personal CPO Registration number, which is permanently
recorded by the Foundation. It states that the certification was
earned through the National Swimming Pool Foundation.
